摘 要: | 采用以焦粉为滤料的UBAF反应器对经过二级生化处理后的焦化废水进行深度处理,出水中COD和NH3-N含量分别为993~1223 mg/L和433~521 mg/L,去除率分别为367%~486%和215%~348%。在极板间距为1 cm,电解时间为120 min,电解电压为15 V的最佳条件下,采用UBAF-复极性三维电极反应器对经过二级生化处理后的焦化废水进行深度处理,出水中COD和NH3-N含量分别为313和137mg/L,去除率分别为833%和794%,COD和氨氮指标低于《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》GB 13456-1992中的焦化一级排放标准。

Advanced treatment of coking wastewater by UBAF and bipolar three-dimensional electrode |

Abstract: | By secondary biological treatment, the COD and NH3-N can not meet discharge standard of coking wastewater. Using UBAF (Up biological aerated filter) process, the removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N can be up to 36.7-48.6% and 21.5-34.8% respectively. Setting the polar plate’s distance at 1cm, the electrolytic time at 120min and the cell voltage at 15.0V, treated by UBAF &; bipolar three-dimensional electrode process, the coking wastewater effluent can meet the Class 1 emission standard of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry in China. |
