| 摘 要： | 矿业是国民经济发展的基石，矿业市场的完善有赖于对矿业权的价值进行客观有效的评估。本文论述了采矿权的价值内涵，从资产价值类型出发，全面分析了对应于一般资产评估方法的成本法、收益法和市场法在采矿权价值评估中的基本方法和面临的问题。

| Abstract: | Mineral industry is the foundation of national economy, and the perfection of the mineral market is dependent on the objective and efficient evaluation of value of mineral right. This paper illustrates the connotation of value of mineral right, and from the point of the types of asset value, fully analyzes the basic methods and existent problems of the cost method, the profitability method and the market method, all of which belong to the normal asset evaluation method. |
