| Abstract: | The structure of the warm fine forging die for the gearshift gears of motorcycles is introduced.The disc-spring pre-pressing shunt structure and the special insert-block venting structure at the cavity hock part are adopted for the die,so as to realize fine forging of the gearshift gears under the condition of laying off the blanks by blanking. |
