摘    要:介绍了红外热像仪的结构及故障诊断的原理,提出了采用红外热像仪进行供暖散热器故障诊断。从理论和实验两方面分析了采用红外热像仪诊断供暖散热器故障的可行性。探讨了影响红外热像仪检测结果的因素及降低或消除这些影响的对策。

Abstract:The structure of infrared thermal imager and the principle of failure diagnosis are intro- duced.It is put forward that the failure diagnosis of heating radiator is performed with the infrared thermal imager.The feasibility of heating radiator failure diagnosed by the infrared thermal imager is analyzed theoretically and experimentally.The factors influencing the detection result of the infrared thermal ima- get,and the countermeasures of reducing or eliminating these influences are discussed.
