铝电解阳极炭块表面自动清理系统的开发

摘    要:介绍了阳极炭块表面结焦的产生原因,并分析了阳极炭块表面结焦传统清理方法存在的问题,提出了阳极炭块表面结焦清理的新方法,重点介绍了阳极炭块大面及小头结焦的在线自动清理,阳极炭块碳碗结焦自动清理和船形阳极圆弧底角结焦的清理,结果表明,采用新清理方法具有重要的时效性,实现了阳极表面结焦的自动清理,保证了阳极外观合格率达99%以上。

Abstract:The cause of anode carbon block surface coking is introduced in this paper, and the existing problems of traditional methods for cleaning up the anode carbon block surface coking is also analyzed in this paper; the new cleaning up method of anode carbon block surface coking is presented with an emphasis on the on-line automatic cleaning up for general and small part anode carbon block co- king, the automatic cleaning up for its carbon bowl coking, and the cleaning up for boat shape anode's arc base coking, the results show that the new cleaning up method has the important time-effectiveness, the automatic cleaning up of anode surface coking is achieved, it guarantees the qualified rate of anode appearance more than 99%.
