摘    要:工艺采用回转窑配煤气发生炉应用于锌粉电炉入炉原料脱水的生产工艺实践,提高干燥热效率和能源利用率。达到节约能源、降低消耗、改善工作条件、减少环境污染、降低生产成本的目的。

Abstract:Rotary kiln and gas producer is adopted to the dehydration practice for the charging raw material of the electric fur- nace of zinc powder production. This process can improve the drying thermal efficiency and energy utilization rate. So that the following purposes can be achieved: energy saving, resources consumption reducing, working conditions improving, environment pollution decreasing, production cost reducing.
