超塑性成形机控制系统设计

摘    要:超塑性是某些金属或合金在一定条件下呈现的低强度和大伸长率的一种特性。基于这种特性,超塑性成形技术越来越多地被应用于机械)JDZ领域,尤其是航空航天领域。该文是以法国ENSAM学校工厂里的一台采用欧陆EUROTHERM小型DCS控制系统PC3000的超塑性成形机为基础,通过对机器的机械结构、功能原理和过程分析,研究了成形压力的PID控制原理,并在图形化编程语言LabVIEW‘的编程环境下实现对这台机器的控制系统设计。

Design of the Control System of Superplastic Forming Machine
Abstract:The superplasticity is a kind of property that some metals or alloys show a low intensity and a large elongation under certain conditions. It is because of this property that the technology of superplastic forming has been increasingly used in some machining areas, especially in the fields of aerospace. This article is based on a machine of superplastie forming which use EUROTHERM micro DCS control system PC3000 at the factory of ENSAM in France. Through the studies of the mechanism constitutes of the machine, some researches and analysis of the principal and its process of the machine, I have studied the PID control principal of forming pressure and then achieved the design of the control system of the machine under the graphic language environment of LabVIEW.
