基于瞬时功率理论的永磁无刷直流电机弱磁扩速控制

摘    要:采用基于瞬时功率理论的方波电流弱磁控制方法,有效地解决了永磁无刷直流电机基速以上的运行困难。同其他控制方式相比,该方法不需改变电机结构、增加硬件、复杂的矢量变换等,通过控制无功分量Se就可得到宽范围的扩速比和良好的运行性能。仿真结果表明该方法基速以上扩速比接近2:1,电流没有明显的畸变,达到了预期目的。

Field-weakening Control of PM BLDCM Based on Instantaneous Power Theory
Abstract:This paper presents a method of field-weakening control with square current based on instantaneous power theory, and has handled difficulty of PM BLDCM above base speed. This method can obtain a wider speed range and good performance through increasing imaginary component Se without changing machine structure and adding hardware and adopting complex vector transform, and soon, in relation to other control modes. Simulation results show that the adjusting speed range over base speed can approximately reach 2:1 without significant current distortion, and accomplish the desired purposes.
