吗啡啉二硫代氨基甲酸酯衍生物在菜籽油中的摩擦学性能

摘    要: 摘要:合成了2种无灰无磷的吗啡啉二硫代氨基甲酸酯衍生物2-(morpholine-1-dithiocarbamate) butyl acetate (MCTB) 和2-(morpholine-1- dithiocarbamate) hexyl acetate (MCTH),探讨了其在菜籽油中的油溶性、抗腐蚀性,并利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其在菜籽油中的抗磨减摩性能,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析钢球表面磨斑形貌。结果表明,MCTB和 MCTH添加剂在菜籽油中具有良好的油溶性、抗腐蚀性,可以显著地提高菜籽油的承载能力;四球试验钢球磨斑表面平整、光滑、犁沟浅,无腐蚀剥落,具有较好的抗磨性能。MCTH的抗磨减摩性能均优于MCTB。

Abstract:Abstract: Two kinds of new synthesized ashless and non-phosphorus morphine-dithiocarbamate compounds--2- (morpholine-1-dithiocarbamate) butyl acetate (MCTB) and 2- (morpholine-1- dithiocarbamate) hexyl acetate (MCTH), were used as the additive in rapessed oil. The oil solubility and corrosion-resistance of MCTB and MCTH in rapeseed oil were investigated. Their tribological behaviors in rapeseed oil were evaluated with a four-ball machine, and the surfaces morphology of worn scar of steel ball was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the two compounds have good oil solubility and corrosion-resistance in rapeseed oil, and the load-carrying capacity, wear-reducing and friction-reducing ability of rapeseed oil could be extremely improved as they were as the additive. The worn surfaces of steel ball after four-ball test of rapeseed oil contained 2.0% MCTB or MCTH were smooth, and had light furrows but exfoliation because of corrosion. The tribological performance of MCTH in rapessed oil was better than that of MCTB.
