固体颗粒特性与风机磨损分析

摘    要:针对火电厂燃煤机组引风机磨损的严重问题及其所引起的损失,分析了烟气流中灰尘浓度、粒度及颗粒形状、粒度分布、速度、颗粒的化学成分及粘附性等特性对风机磨损的影响,给出了风机磨损率及风机叶轮叶片寿命的估算公式;提出了风机抗磨损的措施及建议。

Abstract:The influence of solid particle charateristics, such as particle concentration, particle size and its distribution, velocity, fly-ash type on the erosion of induced-draft fans ofcoal-fired electric generating units is analysed. Two formulas are provided to estimate theerosion rates and the life of erosion wheel. Some suggestions are made for controlling fanerosion.
