找通道、扩径修井工具的研制与应用

摘    要:大庆油田小通径套损井修复率低的主要原因是套损井段扩径、找通道技术不过关。针对小通径套损井段扩径、找通道困难的实际情况,研制了找通道兼扩径类和控制类2类共8种工具。现场应用可组成5种配套的钻具组合,经现场试验,配套的钻具组合可使小通径套损井的修复率达92%以上,是处理小通径套损井段比较理想的修井工具。

Abstract:The main reason causing the low restoring rate of the small gauge casing damaged wells in Daqing Oilfield is the inefficiency of drifting and reaming technology. Based on this condition, two types of 8 kinds tools were developed, and these tools can be field assembled into 5 kinds auxiliary BHAs. Field application showed that the restoring rate could be improved up to 92% or over.
