M3724平面磨床磨头轴承改造的研究与设计

摘    要:在理论研究的基础上,将表面节流结构的动静压轴承应用于M3724大型平面磨床磨头组件的改造中,完成了磨头组件的设计。实践证明,将动静压轴承技术用于大型磨床的改造是成功的,为其它大型设备的改造提供一个范例。

Abstract:On the base of theory research, the surface throttle hybrid bearing was applied to rebuild the heads tock of grinding machine package of M3724 large surface grinder, and technical design of heads rock of grinding machine package was completed. Result shows rebuilding the large surface grinder with hybrid bearing is successful. It provides an example to rebuild large equipment.
