| 摘 要： | 阀瓣因形状所致，其挤压成形无法采用上模插入下模的闭式锻模结构。本文给出了钩子锁模闭式挤压新型模具结构。该模具采用浮动的上凹模与下凹模对合结构，锻件在两个凹模和冲头形成的封闭模腔中挤压成形，生产的锻件无飞边。

| Abstract: | The closed forging die structure of a upper die inserting in a lower die is not applicable for extrusion form of value bodies because of shape of value bodies. A new type of structure of closed extrusion dies with locking hooks is put out. There is the structure of a float upper concave die closing with lower concave die in the die, the forging forming within a closed cavity formed by punch and two concave dies. The forgings without any flash can be produced with the new type of forging die. |
