摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸异氰酸乙酯(IEM)作为改性剂对纳米SiO2表面进行改性,探讨了相关因素对反应的影响。通过傅立叶红外光谱、热重分析和扫描电子显微镜对改性前后纳米SiO2的表面化学结构、热性能以及在溶液中的分散情况进行了分析表征,考察了改性后的纳米SiO2对环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)力学性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的纳米SiO2分散性较好,对EA的力学性能有较大改善,能同时达到增强增韧的效果。

Abstract:Nano-SiO2was modified by using 2-isocyanatoethyl methacrylate(IEM)as modifier and the influential factors were investigated.The surface structures and thermal property of SiO2 before and after modified were characterized by FTIR and TG,the dispersity of modified SiO2 in the solvent was studied by SEM and the effects of the modified SiO2 on the mechanical properties of epoxy acrylate(EA)were investigated.The results showed that modified nano-SiO2 dispersed uniformly in the solvent and the mechanical properties of EA were improved by modified nano-SiO2compared with the pure EA.Modified nano-SiO2could enhance the toughness and strength of EA simultaneously.
