摘    要:在分析钢管漏磁检测端部效应及其消除机理的基础上,提出了利用漏磁检测技术对钢管端部进行自动探伤的方法——端部移接法,即采用导磁构件来收集钢管端部泄漏磁场,并对端部磁路加以引导,借用另外的导磁构件与钢管端部对接后形成新的端部,使得原端部变为管体,从而减小钢管端部盲区。设计了磁路引导装置和探头,介绍了基于漏磁的管端自动探伤机的结构组成、原理和管端自动检测流程。该检测方法及装备可以将钢管端部的检测盲区控制在30mm以内。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of steel tube end effect as produced during MFL detection and the mechanism for elimination thereof, an automatic MFL-based pipe-end NDT method, i.e., the end-extending process is put forward, which involves such a work principle that a magnetic inductive structural unit is used to collect the MFL field at the tube end, and guide the tube end magnetic path, then, another magnetic inductive structural unit is adopted to joint with the tube end to make a new end, and thus, the original tube end becomes a part of the tube body itself to reduce the non-detection area of the tube end. Following this principle, the magnetic path-guiding device and transducers are designed. Detailed in the article are the main aspects of the automatic MFL-based pipe-end NDT system, including the configuration, the operation principle and the process flow of automatic tube-end detection. Thanks to the said NDT method and the system, the tube-end non-detection area can be re- duced to less than 30 mm.
