草酸络合除石英砂中铁的研究

摘    要:本试验通过草酸络合的方法研究了用草酸降低石英砂中铁含量的最佳试验条件。试验研究了草酸浓度、浸泡温度、浸泡时间、添加还原剂及洗涤次数对除铁效率的影响;试验结果表明:当草酸浓度0.25 mol.L-1、浸泡温度80℃、浸泡时间3 h、溶液pH值为9时有较好的除铁效果。洗涤次数和外加还原剂对本试验结果也有影响。在最优实验条件下,石英砂中的铁含量从132.0μg.g-1降低到8.5μg.g-1,除铁效率达到93.6%。

Abstract:In this paper,the iron content in the quartz sand was reduced by oxalic acid complexed with iron in series of experiments.The efficiency of the iron removal was impacted by concentration,temperature,soaking time,reducing agent and washing times.The results showed that the better effect of removal of iron was conditions of 0.25 mol·L-1 oxalic acid concentration,80 ℃ of soaking temperature,3 h of soaking time,and 9 of pH value.Washing times and reducing agent have also impact the efficiency of the iron removal in this experiment.In the optimal experimental conditions,the iron content in the quartz sand was reduced from 132.0 μg·g-1 to 8.5 μg·g-1,and the efficiency of iron removal is up to 93.6%.
