基于三维测量的物体细小特征位置度误差分析

摘    要:简单介绍了三维测量技术的发展现状、测量方法及各自的优缺点,分析了实际测量中位置度误差产生的原因。借助FARO关节臂三维测量设备,采用接触式和非接触式两种方法测量易变形工件局部细小特征的位置度,并对结果进行比较分析,得出两种方法各自的优缺点,总结出该类零件特征的测量方法。

Abstract:An outline of development status of 3D measurement technology,the measurement methods and their advantages and disadvantages aregiven in this paper.Meanwhile the causes of the inaccuracy are analyzed.Two methods are used in measuring the position of the flexible deforming part's small features,including contact measurement and non-contact measurement.The results of two methods are compared and suitable measurement means of such parts are summarized.
