基于开放式数控系统的数控机床软硬件设计与实现

摘    要:目前数控加工系统软硬件设计标准不统一,各系统之间彼此封闭,互不兼容.文章根据开放式数控系统规范从硬件结构和控制软件等方面对数控机床的软硬件系统进行了重新设计,硬件采用“PC+开放式运动控制卡”型式,软件设计采用WindowsNT操作平台和模块化的软件设计思想.该数控加工系统接口规范化,方便集成第三方软件,各功能模块可以独立地开发和维护,方便二次开发.

Abstract:Currently, CNC machining system hardware and software design standards are not uniform, and closed systems to each other are not compatible. The hardware of CNC machine tools was redesigned using "PC + open motion control card" type based on open CNC system planning and control software, and from the hard ware structure in terms of hardware and software system. The software was designed using the Windows NT oper ating platform and modular software design. The NC standardized system interfaces was used to facilitate integra- tion of third - party software, in which the functional modules can be developed independently and maintained to facilitate the secondary development.
