摘    要:研究了一种改性过的聚羧酸系减水剂对不同原材料组成的C30自密实混凝土l小时内的保坍性能、不同龄期的强度变化及抗碳化性能,并与萘系减水剂配置的大流动度混凝土的相同性能进行了对比.结果表明,改性聚羧酸减水剂拌制的混凝土保坍性能优越,对低于50%机制砂替代率有较好的适应性;这种混凝土与用萘系减水剂配制出的自密实混凝土的抗碳化性能相当.

The Relationship Between a Modified Polycarboxylic Superplasticizer and Performance of C30 Concrete

Abstract:The effects of self - compaction concrete (C30) with a new polycarboxylate superplasticizer at recommended dosage on the performance of maintaining slump within an hour, the strengths at different ages and carbonation resistance, were investigated. In addition, comparison of the same performance with the self- com- paction concrete made up of FDN was carried out. The experiment result shows that the concrete incorporatingthis admixture has good performance in maintaining slump, which can maintain its slump above 85 percent within an hour; the admixture is excellent compatible with artificial sand whose substitution rate is less than 50 percent; the carbonation resistance of the concrete with this new admixture is equal to that of the concrete made up of FDN.
