摘 要: | 针对自行研制的带增程器的电动微型小车(EV-RE)行驶稳定性不佳、前轮摆振问题,通过ADAMS/CAR建立相应悬架模型,在ADAMS/Insight中选取硬点坐标为优化变量,四轮定位参数为优化目标进行优化设计并得到相对最佳的悬架硬点坐标.最后对实车进行调整修改,结果表明通过这次优化改善了该车的操纵稳定性,基本消除了前轮摆振现象.

Abstract: | This paper establish the corresponding double -wishbone suspension kinematic model ofself- developed electric vehicle - range extend ( EV - RE) for the problem of poor handling and stability based on AD- AMS/Car. To get the best result of the suspension hard points coordinates, this paper selected the appropriate hard point coordinates as optimization variables and the wheel alignment parameters as the optimization objective to make an optimization design based on ADAMS/Insight. At last, a better result was gotten by adjusting the car suspension. |
