摘    要:对内蒙古岱海发电厂(岱海电厂)2×600 MW机组锅炉燃用准格尔煤导致静电除尘器效率低下问题进行了分析,发现其主要因锅炉排烟温度和压力变化、煤质和灰成分的改变等所致.对此,提出了在静电除尘器入口前的锅炉尾部烟道处直接喷入雾化水等措施.实施后,粉尘自然沉降增加利于收集,粉尘比电阻降低,除尘效率得到提高.

Abstract:Directing against the problem of lower efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator(EP) due to burning Zhungeer coal for 2×600 MW units in Daihai Power Plant,it is discovered from analysis that the main causes are variation of boiler’s flue gas temperature and pressure,as well as the change of coal quality and composition of ash etc.,and solving measure being put forward,directly spraying water or SO2 into tail flue duct of boilers and before the inlet of EP.After implementation,the specific resistance of dust is reduced and the increased moisture of dust promoting dust to deposit,thereby the efficiency of EP is enhanced.
