微波消解容量法测定玻璃B2O3含量

摘    要:利用以碱金属氢氧化物作为消解溶剂的微波消解技术对玻璃样品进行快速消解,并采用甘露醇容量法测定其B2O3含量。微波消解按3个工步进行,压力分别为0.5MPa、2.0MPa和3.5MPa,相应消解时间分别为1min、1min和6min,共计8min。硼硅酸盐标准样品(GBW03132)测定结果与标准值相符,3种实际样品的测定结果也与传统方法一致,具有简便、快速、准确、节能等优点,可应用于生产控制分析。

Abstract:A rapid microwave digestion method for the determination of B 2O 3 in glass sample by mannitol volumetric analysis was studied. The conditions of microwave digestion were chosen. The digestion solution was 6 mL, the digestion pressure was 0.5 MPa, 2.0 MPa and 3.5 MPa and the digestion time was 1 min, 1 min and 6 min (total 8 min). The result of borosilicate standard sample (GBW03132) matched with the standard value. The determination results of three glass samples also matched with conventional method. The proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate, and energy saving. It can substitute and be applied in the analysis of production control.
