煤的微生物浮选脱硫影响因素研究

摘    要:利用红假单胞菌(R.S)和氧化亚铁硫杆菌(T.F),对高硫煤表面预处理,进行浮选脱硫试验,重点考察了预处理时间、矿浆浓度、pH值、细菌浓度等因素对浮选脱硫效果的影响.结果表明:预处理时间、体系的pH值、矿浆浓度、细菌浓度等因素对脱硫效果有着显著的影响.红假单胞菌预处理时间15 min、矿浆浓度10 %,pH=7、菌液浓度1011个/L,氧化亚铁硫杆菌预处理时间10 min、矿浆浓度10%,pH=1~2时,脱硫效果最好.

Abstract:The floatation desulphurization experiments of high-sulfur coal for which surface pretreatment was made by utilizing rhodopseudomonas spheroides(R.S) and thiobacillus ferroxidant(T.F).The effects of pretreatment time,slurry concentration,pH values and bacterial concentration on floatation desulphurization were emphatically examined,with a result that all these factors play important roles on desulphurization results.One can obtain the best result when for rhodopseudomonas spheroides preparation time is 15 minutes,slurry concentration 10%,pH=7 and the number of bacterial per liter 10~(11),for thiobacillus ferroxidant preparation time is 10 minutes,pH=1~2.
