摘    要:开发了一种能裂解重质原料油、多产中间馏分油的裂化催化剂MLC-500。通过对超稳Y型分子筛进行酸性调整,获得了拥有适当酸性中心数和酸强度分布的改性Y型分子筛;经一定的物理化学过程,使大孔载体具有梯度孔径分布。因此,对不同性质的原料油,可有效地调整MLC-500的物理化学性质,获得理想的产品分布。在沧州炼油厂进行的多产柴油工业应用试验表明,MLC-500比对比剂的柴汽比提高0.10,轻油收率增加0.33个百分点,总液体收率增加1.5个百分点,获得了较高的中间馏分油收率。

Abstract:A new residual oil cracking catalyst named MLC 500 with high bottoms cracking ability and high yield of LCO was developed. Proper distributions of acid strength and acid sites were obtained by regulating the acidity of USY zeolite, and gradient pore size distribution of matrix was procured through certain physico chemical procedure. The physico chemical property of MLC 500 catalyst can also be adjustable for different feedstocks to achieve ideal product slates. In comparison with the reference catalyst at similar operating conditions, the commercial test result of the MLC 500 catalyst at Cangzhou Refinery showed that the LCO to naphtha ratio, naphtha plus LCO yield and liquid product yield were increased by 0.10, 0.33 wt% and 1.5 wt% respectively.
