摘    要:介绍两段好氧法处理PTA废水工艺在乌鲁木齐石油化工总厂的工业试验情况,结果说明,该工艺处理PTA废水是成功的,处理后的废水中ρCOD<100mg/L。同时将处理PTA废水的两段好氧与厌氧-好氧两种工艺进行了对比,结果表明,两段好氧工艺具有负荷高、流程简单、处理深度高、不耗碱、开工周期短、耐冲击、污泥活性好、操作简单等优势,但存在能耗大、剩余污泥量多的弱点

Abstract:A commercial trial of two-stage aerobic treatment for terephthalic acid (PTA) wastewater at Wulumuqi Petrochemical Company was introduced. The results showed that the twostage aerobic process for PTA wastewater treatment was successful. The characteristics of the twostage aerobic process and the anaerobic-aerobic process for PTA wastewater treatment were compared. The former had the advantages of high load, simple flow scheme, deep treating, no alkali consumption, short startup period, lash tolerance, good sludge activity and simple operation, however, it still had some shockloading such as higher energy consumption and more remaining sludge.
