| 摘 要： | 针对我国增产柴油的需要，指出生产高凝轻柴油是增加轻柴油产量的重要手段。在气温条件允许下，使用高凝轻柴油和低凝轻柴油对发动机使用性能没有影响。通过对我国２７１个气象台站１５年来气温变化的详细调查，对月风险率１０％的最低气温在５℃和１０℃以上的地区按月进行分析，并在此基础上阐述了我国生产高凝轻柴油的可能性和必要性，同时对今后的实施办法提出建议

| Abstract: | Producing high freezing point light diesel is an important means for increasing the production amount of light diesel. The operating performance of light diesel is not influenced by its freezing point under warm atmospheric temperature. Based on the investigation of national weather changes through 271 meteorological observatories in 15 years and monthly analysis of the areas having lowest air temperature higher than 5 and 10 with monthly risk of 10%, the possibility and necessity of producing high freezing point light diesel are expounded and the implementation method is proposed. |
