摘    要:叙述再生催化剂冷却新技术在重油催化裂化装置中的作用,降低再生剂温度可提高反应剂油比进而达到优化产品的目的。通过反应再生热平衡的模拟计算,着重分析了再生剂冷却技术对反应再生的不同型式的适应性,并从技术经济的角度对该技术的应用进行初步评价。

Abstract:Regenerated catalyst cooling is a new technology that can be used in residual oil fluid catalytic cracking unit. It can increase the catalyst to oil ratio by lowering the regenerated catalyst temperature for improving product distribution. The adaptability of regenerated catalyst cooling in different types of resid FCCU by the simulation and heat balance calculation were analyzed. The application prospects of the said technology were discussed from a technical and economical point of view.
