摘    要:以润滑油基础油为原料,采用两段加氢工艺,在8 kt/a 工业装置上生产合格的高粘度食品级白油产品,其质量达到国外同类产品标准,可以满足聚苯乙烯等塑料工业用添加剂的要求。所用RA-1芳烃深度饱和加氢催化剂活性好、强度高,所采用的工艺过程操作简单、运转稳定、生产灵活性大、对原料油的适应性好。

Abstract:High viscosity food grade white oils have been produced from lube base oils by using two stage hydrogenation process in a 8kt/a commercial unit. The quality of the said food grade white oils can meet the standards of the same type imported ones. It can fulfil the requirement of additive using in polystyrene and other plastics industries. The high aromatic saturation catalyst, RA 1, possesses high activity and high strength. The two stage hydrogenation process has the advantages of simple and flexible operation, steadily running, and suitable for processing various feeds.
