骨架富硅分子筛SRY及其催化剂的研制

摘    要:采用复合酸液相化学法研制的SRY超稳分子筛,具有非骨架铝少,骨架富硅,热和水热稳定性良好等特点。含SRY分子筛的裂化催化剂工业应用结果表明,与常规USY分子筛催化剂相比,在减压渣油掺入量增加6.18个百分点的情况下,干气和焦炭产率分别下降1.16和0.9个百分点,汽油、轻柴油和液化气三者收率之和提高了1.99个百分点。SRY分子筛可望成为一种新的重油裂化催化剂活性组元。

Abstract:Ultrastable SRY zeolite was prepared by using complex acid in liquid phase. It has the characteristics of uniform aluminum distribution, low extra framework aluminum, rich framework silicon and good thermal and hydrothermal stabilities. In comparison with the cracking catalyst containing conventional USY, the dry gas and coke yield decreased by 1.16 wt% and 0.9 wt% respectively and the yield of LPG plus naphtha plus LCO increased by 1.99 wt% when the vacuum residue blending increased by 6.18 wt% in the feedstock. SRY is expected to be a new active component of heavy oil cracking catalyst.
