催化裂化装置排放的二氧化硫问题及对策

摘    要:叙述了我国催化裂化装置(FCCU)SO2排放严重超过现行国家标准且可能加剧的趋势,重点介绍并比较了控制排放的几种方法,指出:原料加氢预处理脱硫效果显著,但费用较高;使用硫转移催化剂,设备投资小,适宜于原料油含硫量低、采用CO完全燃烧再生方式的FCCU;湿式洗涤烟气脱硫工艺不受FCCU操作条件和原料油硫含量制约,SO2去除率90%以上,能够同时去除粉尘。

Abstract:SO 2 emissions from FCCUs in China have not met the national standard, in which the units processing residual oil and Middle East crudes make the situation even worse. Several FCCU SO 2 control technologies are compared as follows: feed hydrotreating can reduce sulfur content to a very low level, but requires a high cost; SO x transfer additives provide a low capital cost method for SO x emission control, which are suitable for processing low sulfur feedstocks and operating in CO complete combustion mode; flue gas wet scrubbing desulfurization technologies are not limited by FCCU operating conditions and sulfur contents in the feedstocks, the SO 2 removal rate can be higher than 90% and the dust can be removed simultaneously.
