应用络合脱氮新工艺提高润滑油基础油氧化安定性的研究

摘    要:用石油大学开发的络合脱氮新工艺,以克拉玛依石化厂生产的 L V I300 加氢脱酸糠醛精制油为原料,进行了处理量为120 kg/h 的中型试验(共处理了 1 t 油)。结果表明,络合脱氮新工艺用 0.6% 脱氮剂 S T S脱氮,再经2% 白土精制后,脱碱氮率可达98.5% ,旋转氧弹氧化诱导期为228 m in,脱氮效果好,可以使 L V I300 基础油的氧化安定性满足原中国石油化工总公司颁布的润滑油基础油新标准要求,工业应用前景乐观。

Abstract:A complex denitrogenation technology developed by University of Petroleum with a hydrogenated and furfural treated base oil sample from Karamayi Petrochemical Plant as feedstock was conducted on a 120 kt/h pilot plant. The results showed that the new technology exhibited high effect on nitrogen compounds removal. The denitrogenation rate can be reached 98.5% by using 0.6% denitrogenation agent succeeded with 2% clay treating. The induction period of the treated base oil was 228 minutes, which met the new standard set by SINOPEC. The commercial application prospects are optimistic.
