摘    要:总结了齐鲁石油化工公司胜利炼油厂加氢裂化装置通过技术进步,消除生产“瓶颈”,提高装置运转水平,装置处理能力及运转周期逐年增加,能耗逐年降低,1997年加工原料524kt,为设计值的94%,能耗为1.43GJ/t,全年运行周期为332天,实现中国石化集团公司考核指标。

Abstract:Debottlenecking of the hydrocracking unit at Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company through technical transform for improving the production was reviewed. The throughput and running cycle have been increasing and the energy consumption has been reducing year by year since 1993. In 1997, the throughput was 524 kt which was 94% of the design value; the energy consumption was 1.43 GJ/t; and the running cycle reached 332 days.
