石蜡基重质润滑油基础油脱氮与白土精制

摘    要:研制了一种新型重质润滑油基础油精制用脱氮剂 W S Q3。该脱氮剂与脱氮剂 W S Q2相比,能显著提高石蜡基重质润滑油基础油 150 B S碱性氮脱除率,明显改善基础油的氧化安定性,选择合适的剂油比,脱氮及白土精制后油的旋转氧弹值可从脱氮前的 68 m in 提高到186 m in,达到深度精制油的标准,与单纯白土精制工艺相比,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:A new denitrogenation agent WSQ 3 used for resid lube base oil refining was developed. Compare with denitrogenation agent WSQ 2, it could significantly increase the 150BS basic nitrides removal rate from the paraffinic resid lube base oil, and apparently improve the oxidation stability of the base oil. If proper solvent oil ratio was selected, the rotary bomb oxidation value of the refined oil increased from 68 to 186 minutes, thus had apparent economic and social effects.
