石油酸酯的制备及其粘度性质测定

针对我国高酸值原油的大量开采与加工，制备了四种典型石油酸酯并对其粘度性质进行了测定，结果表明，石油酸酯类油可达到多种粘度级别（１００℃下粘度为３～１７ｍｍ２／ｓ），并具有良好的粘温性能（粘度指数为９０～１１５）和低温性能。石油酸二元醇二酯的粘度比石油酸一元脂肪醇酯大。以石油酸为原料开发石油酸酯类润滑油和增塑剂产品具有较好的前景。

PREPARATION OF PETROLEUM ACID ESTERS AND THEIR VISCOSITY PROPERTIES DETERMINATION

The Liaohe, Xinjiang and Shengli petroleum acid esters were prepared and their viscosity properties were determined. The kinematic viscosity of the esters ranged from 3 to 17 mm2/s at 100 and the viscosity indexes ranged from 90 to 115 with low temperature performance. The viscosity of the ester with dibasic alcohol was higher than that with monobasic alcohol. The said esters have good prospects on developing multipurpose lubricant and plasticizer.
