奥里乳化原油制取重交通道路沥青的研究

摘    要:在实验室内对脱水后的奥里乳化原油及其与孤岛减压渣油调合油,采用减压蒸馏工艺,制取重交通道路沥青,并全面分析评价了所制取的重交通道路沥青性质。试验证明,脱水奥里乳化原油减压蒸馏制取的沥青除薄膜烘箱试验后质量变化外,其它所有指标均符合重交通道路沥青质量要求,完全符合交通部“八五”攻关建议重交通道路沥青技术要求。脱水奥里乳化原油与孤岛减压渣油调合,在一定的减压蒸馏工艺条件下,制取的沥青不仅符合GB/T15180-94及GB50092-96沥青质量要求,也符合交通部“八五”攻关建议重交通道路沥青技术要求

Abstract:Heavy duty road asphalt was prepared by blending the dehydrated Orinoco emulsified crude with Gudao vacuum residue and its property was analyzed and evaluated. The evaluation result showed that besides the thin film oven test, all the remaining property indexes of the asphalt prepared with the dehydrated Orinoco emulsified crude after vacuum distillation met the technical requirement proposed by the Ministry of Communications. The asphalt prepared by blending the dehydrated Orinoco emulsified crude with Gudao vacuum residue met both the national specification and the technical requirement proposed by the Ministry of Communications.
