智能监护与健康管理系统在妊娠期糖尿病中的居家应用

摘    要:目的:探讨智能监护与健康管理系统对妊娠期糖尿病患者居家期间的干预作用。方法:选取100例在医院就诊的妊娠期糖尿病患者用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组50例居家期间采取常规管理模式,研究组50例居家期间通过智能监护与健康管理系统进行干预,2组均干预至分娩。对比2组干预前后患者的健康认知评分、糖化血红蛋白(Glycated Hemoglobin,HbA1c)、空腹血糖(Fasting Plasma Glucose,FPG)、饭后2h血糖(2h plasma glucose,2hPG),以及围产期并发症发生率、新生儿不良发生率。结果:干预后,2组健康认知评分均升高且研究组更高(P<0.05);2组HbA1c、FPG、2hPG水平均降低(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组围产期的并发症发生率、新生儿不良发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:智能监护与健康管理系统能明显提高妊娠期糖尿病患者对疾病的认知,有效降低糖代谢指标和围产期并发症、新生儿不良的发生率,对患者居家期间的干预效果好。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of intelligent monitoring and health management system on the intervention of gestational diabetes patients at home.Methods:100 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.50 patients in the control group received routine management mode during home stay,while 50 patients in study group received intervention through intelligent monitoring and health management system during home stay,and both groups were intervened until delivery.Health cognition score,glycaemic hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h blood glucose after meals(2hPG)before and after intervention,as wll as perinatal complications and neonatal adverse incidences were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,health cognition scores of both groups were increased and the study group was higher(P<0.05).The levels of HbA1c,FPG and 2hPG in the two groups were all decreased(P<0.05),and the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of perinatal complications and neonatal adverse events in the study group were lower than thaose in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intelligent monitoring and health management system can significantly improve gestational diabetes patients'cognition of the disease,effectively reduce glucose metabolism indicators and the incidences of perinatal complications and neonatal adverse events in patients.It has a good effect on the intervention of patients at home.
