智慧党建在高校党员管理中的应用研究

以全国党员管理信息系统、学习强国、红星云、长沙智慧党建系统等信息化平台为例,旨在从智慧党建的概念和内涵着手,在现有平台基础上,通过创新切实地规划运用,探索构建涵盖基础信息、学习教育、组织活动、研讨交流、党群服务等五大功能组合的智慧党建应用体系,促使高校党建工作与教学管理、学生辅导、教师服务等工作有机融合,真正发挥高校党建工作的示范、带动、引领作用。

Study on the Application of Wisdom Party Construction on the Management of Party Members in Colleges and Universities

It is a new and key subject of Party construction in colleges and universities to continuously adapt to the Party construction’s wisdom,informatization and diversification in colleges and universities,so that it can match with the expectation and appeal of student Party members,integrate with the daily teaching management and the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality,and effectively avoid the polarization of Party construction and teaching tasks.This study,based on the examples of National Management Information System for Party Members,xuexi.cn,Hongxingyun App,Changsha wisdom Party construction,aims to explore the application system of wisdom Party construction,which covers five combined functions of basic information,study and education,activities organization,discussion and exchange,service for the party and the masses.This study is also good for the integration of the work of Party construction in colleges and universities,teaching management,student counseling,teachers’service,and can give full play to the demonstrating,driving and leading role of the Party construction work in colleges and universities.
