基于GIS的燃气管网4S系统的设计与实现

为推动燃气行业信息化、自动化管理,设计并实现了以GIS、GPS、RS技术为核心,整合SCADA系统、GPS巡线系统、GIS系统的燃气管网4S系统。建立城市燃气实时信息化服务体系,实现燃气管道信息实时监控与发布,以及燃气管网数据的存储与燃气管网信息的检索功能,以高效移动巡检代替传统低效巡检方式。通过一段时间运行使用,系统运行稳定,展现了良好的交互性与较强的拓展性,能够较好地满足燃气行业生产运营需要,使燃气管网输配调度及安全运营更加科学合理。

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF GAS PIPE NETWORK 4S SYSTEM BASED ON GIS

In order to promote the informatization and automatic management of the gas industry,we design and implement the gas pipeline network 4S system,which takes GIS,GPS and RS technology as the core and integrates SCADA system,GPS inspection line system and GIS system.The real-time city gas pipeline information service system was established to realize real-time monitoring and release of gas pipeline information.We realized the storage of gas pipeline network data and the retrieval function of gas pipeline network information,and replaced the inefficient traditional inspection with efficient mobile inspection.Through a period of operation and use,JP+1]the system runs stably and shows strong stability,expansibility and good interactivity,It can meet the production and operational needs of the gas industry and makes the dispatching and safe operation of the gas pipeline network more scientific and reasonable.
