盆底康复仪对宫颈癌术后盆底功能障碍的影响

目的:以不同频率运行电刺激盆底医疗设备,探索其在宫颈癌术后康复治疗、缓解盆底功能障碍的应用效果,为临床使用电刺激盆底治疗仪进行电刺激参数选择时提供临床数据支撑。方法:收集在2018年2月到2019年2月在本医院妇产科收治的行“子宫全切+盆淋清扫”、辅以病理验证的恶性肿瘤90例宫颈癌患病人员,按照数字随机法,分为高频率组(给予频率为100Hz盆底康复治疗仪)、低频率(给予频率为2Hz盆底康复治疗仪)组和对照组(常规护理,不用盆底康复治疗仪治疗),每组各30例,比较各组患者盆底障碍功能问卷评分及临床症状评价疗效的差异性。结果:术后三组患者治疗前后PFDI-20得分差异无统计学意义(F=1.493,P=0.061),治疗后PFDI-20得分在高频组与低频组间比较,不存在统计学意义(P>0.167),高频组与对照组、低频组与对照组间比较,均存在统计学意义(P<0.01);90例患者在康复治疗疗程结束后三组患者盆底功能障碍疗效比较差异有统计学意义(c2=9.454,p=0.009),高频组与低频组患者盆底功能障碍疗效比较无统计学差异(c2=0.371,p=0.573);高频组与对照组对比及低频组与对照组对比,盆底功能障碍疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底康复治疗法,能够有效激活患者盆底肌力,使其膀胱功能获得改善,在直肠与性功能方面相应增强,以此切实保障患者生活品质。同时,此种康复治疗法,具有医疗安全性、疗效显著等优点可在临床上进行广泛应用。

Effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument on pelvic floor dysfunction after operation of cervical cancer

Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic floor electrostimulation equipment running at different frequencies in post-operative rehabilitation treatment of cervical cancer and in relieving pelvic floor dysfunction,and to provide clinical data support for the selection of parameters of pelvic floor electrostimulation equipment.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,90 patients with cervical cancer who had been admitted to the department of gynecology and obstetrics of this hospital for"total hysterectomy pelvic dissection"with pathological verification were randomly divided into high frequency group(given 100 Hz pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus),low frequency group(given 2 Hz pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus)and control group(given routine nursing without pelvic floor rehabilitation apparatus),30 cases in each group,and the difference in the scores of pelvic floor obstruction function questionnaire and clinical symptoms evaluation of each group was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of PFDI-20 between the three groups before and after the operation(F=1.493,P=0.061).There was no significant difference in the scores of PFDI-20 between the high frequency group and the low frequency group(P>0.167).There was significant difference in the scores of PFDI-20 between the high frequency group and the control group,and between the low frequency group and the control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the curative effect of pelvic floor dysfunction among the three groups of 90 patients after the rehabilitation treatment(c2=9.454,p=0.009).There was no significant difference in the pelvic floor dysfunction between the high frequency group and the low frequency group(c2=0.371,p=0.573).There was significant difference in the curative effect of pelvic floor dysfunction between the high frequency group and the control group and the low frequency group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy can effectively activate the pelvic floor muscle strength,improve bladder function,and improve rectal and sexual function,so as to protect the quality of life of patients.At the same time,this kind of rehabilitation therapy,has the medical safety,the curative effect remarkable merit and so on,may carry on the widespread application in the clinical.
