| 摘 要： | 针对低渗透油藏低产低效井因加深泵挂后造成的抽油泵间隙漏失量大的问题,研制了低漏失增效抽油泵。介绍了增效抽油泵的结构组成、工作原理、性能特点、关键结构的研究设计、弹性密封体材料的耐磨试验及现场应用情况。2008—2011年在河南油田现场应用16口井,工艺成功率100%,平均单井泵效提高5.68%,累计增产原油474t。

| Abstract: | For low permeability reservoirs ineffective due to deepen pump Wells low hanging after resulting from the pump clearance outside the large quantity of problems developed low loss synergistic pump.The pump efficiency structure and work principle,characteristics,key structure design,elastic sealing body materials wear-resisting test and field application were introduced.2008-2009 in Henan oilfield field application 16 Wells,craft success rate 100%,the single well pump efficiency improving 5.68%,the cumulative yield 474 tons of crude oil. |
