基于DSP的小功率无刷直流电动机驱动器设计

摘    要:现在家电行业对小功率无刷直流电动机的需求日见增多,为了满足用户对电机控制系统产品性能的更高要求。采用TI公司的数字信号处理器TMS320F2812专用电机控制芯片,设计了一种小功率无刷直流电动机的驱动器。详细介绍了该驱动器的硬件电路组成和软件结构及控制策略,通过实验结果表明该系统响应时间短,稳态性能好,抗干扰能力强等特点。

Abstract:There was an increasing demand for low power brushless DC motor in the appliance industry nowadays,in order to meet the requirements of higher performance about the motor control system,a low power brushless DC motor drive was designed out in this paper using TI’s dedicated motor control chip TMS320F2812 digital signal processor.The hardware and software structure and control strategy of the drive were introduced in detail,and the experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of shorter response time,better steady performance and anti-interference ability.
