油茶壳热解特性及动力学分析

摘    要:利用热重分析技术研究油茶壳热解特性,考察了升温速率分别在5、10、15、20、25℃/min时油茶壳热解的特征参数,发现油茶壳的热解过程分成3个阶段,主热解阶段在250~350℃之间。分别用Ozawa法和Friedman法对油茶壳热解进行了动力学计算,发现随着热解转化率的增加,活化能分别在139~270 kJ/mol和151~302 kJ/mol范围内。通过Malek法确定了油茶壳热解满足J-M-A方程,反应机制为随机成核随后生长,并给出了机制函数的微分形式和积分形式,反应级数为0.3。该研究为后期油茶壳的热解装置的设计和工艺参数优化提供参考。

Abstract:In this study,the kinetics of pyrolysis characteristics of camellia oleifera shell were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis at heating rates of 5,10,15,20,25 ℃/min,respectively.The results show that pyrolysis process of camellia oleifera shell includes three stages with most of the materials decomposing among 250 and 350 ℃.The apparent activation energy are ranged within 139~270 kJ/mol and 151~302 kJ/mol by the methods of Ozawa and Friedman,respectively.With Malek method,it could be determined that pyrolysis process of camellia oleifera shell accords with the J-M-A equation,which indicates that pyrolysis mechanism of camellia oleifera shell is random nucleation and later growth.The research has provided a scientific basis for designing camellia oleifera shell pyrolysis reactor and optimizing industry parameter of utilizing it as the resource of biomass energy.
