| Abstract: | This paper carried through the research of how to deal well with three relations between teaching and scientific research, traditional technique and new technique, and traditional teaching and multimedia teaching, and it educes the conclusion of the efficient approach that to process rightly the three relations is to hasten surveying teaching exuberance development and to heighten teaching quality. |
