激光-电弧复合焊接头研究进展

摘    要:简述了当前国内外激光-电弧复合焊接研究的现状,对典型的激光-电弧复合焊接头做了详细对比,并根据不同的复合方式分别介绍了旁轴及同轴复合2种结构,给出了各种复合结构的优点与不足。最后介绍了自行研制的旋转双焦点激光-电弧复合头,并验证了旋转双焦点激光-电弧复合焊的优点。

Abstract:According to the domestic and foreign research condition of laser-arc hybrid welding,the comparison between the key laser-arc hybrid welding machining heads are made in details.Based on different composite methods,both of side-axis structures and coaxial structures are put forward,and the advantages and disadvantages of variety of composite structures are given.Finally,rotary-twin focus laser-arc hybrid welding head is introduced.And the advantages of rotary-twin focus Laser-arc hybrid welding are proved.
