摘    要:以1Cr-0.5Mo合金钢水冷壁典型部件为对象,分析比较了水冷壁3种状况下(焊态、焊后热处理和振动时效)的焊接残余应力以及力学性能。采用优化后的振动时效工艺,焊接接头综合力学性能和显微硬度均能满足工艺评定需要,可考虑代替部分1Cr-0.5Mo钢管屏的焊后热处理。

Abstract:The welding residual stress and mechanical properties of 1Cr-0.5Mo steel membrance wall components were analyzed under three conditions of welded, postweld heat treatment (PWHT) and vibrating stress relief (VSR). The mechanical properties and micro-hardness of welded joints can meet the needs of welding process qualification by using optimized VSR process which can replace part of 1Cr-0.5Mo steel membrance wall PWHT.
