化工管路设备阀门带压堵漏方法及夹具设计

摘    要:阀门泄漏是主要的化工泄漏事故,阀门泄漏主要发生在填料、法兰以及阀体上。针对不同部位泄漏特点提出了直接钻孔法、夹具堵漏法、铜丝围堵法、钢带围堵法等带压堵漏方法。给出了法兰夹具几何参数的设计公式。

Abstract:Valve leakage is a major chemical accident and occurred mainly in the packed, flange and shell of flange. Some methods of leakage blocking with pressure are direct drilling, plugging with fixture, copper wire leakage blocking and belt of Steel leakage blocking. The design formula of setting geometrical parameters for flange and fixture is given.
