摘 要: | 纳米SiO2具有异相成核的作用,能提高PET的结晶能力。文章探讨了溶液共混法和不同偶联剂对PET结晶能力的影响。结果表明:悬浮液的PH=9~10时,分散均匀性最好;采用溶液共混法进行复合,可制得熔点低于纯PET熔点的PET树脂,纳米SiO2复合材料。

Abstract: | Nano-SiO2 has a kind of property of forming nucleation during different direct, which can improve the crystallization of PET. In this paper, solution co-blending method and different coupling agents were discussed to understand them how to effect the crystallization of PET. The results indicated that Nano-SiO2 could be dispersed effectively when the pH value of suspension is 9 to 10. Besides , we can get PET resins/Nano-SiO2 composite materials which has lower melt point than PET when solution co-blending method was applied. |
