摘    要:针对深弯辊与压卷辊小车结构在实际生产中出现应力、应变偏大问题,以小车整个机构为研究对象,通过有限元法,对其进行分析、计算,寻找出问题所在,并在此基础上,对其结构进行优化设计,提出了一种合理的解决方案,达到了小车的设计和使用要求。

Design Optimization About the Car of Deep-roll Bending and Pressure Roller Volume Based on the Finite Element Method

Abstract:Being beyond the design or requirements has been some problems with working about the car of deep-roll bending and pressure roller volume, the paper research the whole body of the car and stress and strain to use the finite element method. Some problems have been taken about the car's structure to make some optimal design. To the design or requirements, the paper has made a reasonable Solution.
