L-赖氨酸修饰玻碳电极测定维生素C片中抗坏血酸含量的研究

摘    要:文章研究了L-赖氨酸修饰玻碳电极的制备,采用快速循环伏安法测定维生素C片剂中抗坏血酸含量,并对实验条件进行了选择。结果表明,在pH值为4.8的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中测抗坏血酸浓度时,其线性形范围为0.0600~0.6000g.L^-1,R2=0.9872。该修饰电极用于抗坏血酸含量的分析,有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力,结果令人满意。

Study on the Preparation of L-lysine Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode and the Determination of Vitamin C

Abstract:The preparation of the L-lysine modified glassy carbon electrode was studied, and ascorbic acid content of Vitamin C was determined by fast cyclic vohammetry. Then the experimental condition was chosen. The experimental results showed that the linear range for determination of aseorbie acid was 0.0600-0.6000g. L^-1 in phosphate buffer solutions(pH=4.8), the related coefficient was -0.9941. The L-lysine modified GCE can be used for the analysis of ascorbic acid content, which had good stability and strong anti-interference. The result of the method was satisfactory.
