| 摘 要： | 讨论了钛盘管加热器在制作时，如何确定弯曲模具的尺寸。展开中径不大于3m、管径在60mm以内、管壁2．5mm以内，钛盘管加热器（TA2）冷加工成型时，弯曲中径Y与展开中径X成正比关系Y=KX，K=0．83～0．93。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed about how to confirm the mould dimension of the heat exchanger manufactured with titanium coil pipe （TA2）. While we manufacture the heat exchanger whose expanded diameter is less than 3000mm, but the pipe＇s diameter is less than 60 mm and the thickness less than 2.5 mm, we find the exchanger＇s curve diameter is in proportion to the expanded diameter. The formula is ： Y = KX, K=0.83 - 0. 93. |
